Description: Four case Shibayama style Inrô. Carved and inlaid in aogai, mother-of-pearl, coral, gold, silver and glass. With gold hiramakie, wood and roiro lacquer of a large caparisoned elephant to one side, four karakos to the other, singing and playing musical instruments. One brandishing a flag. Ojime: Amber bead. Manju: Shibayama style. Caparisoned elephant carved in high relief, inlaid in coral, malachite, mother of pearl, onyx and aogai.
